Remove the edit button from items, employees, etc

Instead of being required to hit edit after selecting an employee or item, once you click on an item or employee all of the fields should be open and editable. As someone also mentioned, the save, copy, and back buttons should be brought to the top too.

would this change for someone who is a read-only? what about having the fields be like Salesforce, where if you double-click on a field it becomes editable OR you could click edit to edit multiple fields at once?

We have brought in an edit button on the list view so you can directly edit the row selected.
