Allow users to be able to change employee attributes like our employee setup screen, but for whole departments or pick and choose users that would get the change. So if a facility has Departments set up on employees, an admin could enable or disable controlled substance cycle count for everyone in the Doctor department, or Nurse department. It would be helpful to be able to pick and choose employees in the database if the facility is not using departments, so a popup where the admin could search for employees or just scroll through all of them and check off if that employee is one they want to update. The admin would just need to choose their users or departments and check off all the employee attributes they want to change for those specific users. This would help during install as well in the event employee data was not sent over, they could add the users manually and then change the attributes for each in one fell swoop.
